Confirmation of your registration and a receipt will be sent upon completion of your online registration and payment of fees.
You will receive your social functions tickets with your badge at the Registration Desk.
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (less an administration charge of US$100) will be made, providing notification is received by 15 May 2017. After that date no refunds will be made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Course Directors, the 2017 Hartzler Interventional Cardiology Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
